Were honoured with Xref Engage’s Best Workplace and Change Champion Awards following our staff survey results.

Offered a new Leadership Development Program to staff interested in fostering leadership skills and growth opportunities.

Saw staff participate in professional development by attending and presenting at a range of industry conferences.

Developed and implemented our innovative Activity Progress Tracking System (APTS) to monitor and report on progress of funded activities.

Showcased our STAR (Strategic Technical Analysis and Reporting) APTS to senior executives at the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.

Attended the PHN Cooperative Meeting in Brisbane to discuss funding schedule challenges, contract variations, and impact on providers.

Had two staff members present at the 8th National Social and Emotional Wellbeing Forum in Melbourne.

Had conference extract accepted for the National Rural Health Mental Health Conference, focusing on workforce development.

Participated in a New Grad UOW Nursing event, which was well received.

Committed to achieving ISO27001 certification and have completed the initial rollout of our Information Security Management System.

Developed and implemented a Risk Management Framework that is used across the organisation for decision making.    

Hosted staff retreat to explore ways we can unlock our potential, both individually and as a team.

Introduced our new Performance Development Plan as an annual process to set goals, review achievements, and develop new skills.

Promoted internal applications for new roles and acting opportunities to support staff development.

Maintained our four-day work week, the Gift of the Fifth (GOTF), to support wellbeing, community resilience, and position COORDINARE as an employer of choice.

Ten years of building healthier communities

In 2025, we proudly celebrate a decade of improving health and wellbeing across one of NSW’s largest rural and regional populations. 

Since being established in July 2015 with Australian Government funding, we have worked in partnership with communities, healthcare providers, and service organisations to coordinate care and support those most at risk of poor health outcomes.
